Fighting Food Waste with Metabolomics

Professor Oliver Jones from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University has provided the Australian and New Zealand research community with insights into the links between metabolomics and food waste . His keynote lecture was given on 26/05/2021 as part of an online early career researcher’s event organised by the ANZ Metabolomics Society.
